Refund Policy
Monthly Memberships
Memberships are offered on a monthly automatic renewal basis. By subscribing to a membership, the member agrees that fees will be automatically charged at each billing cycle.
Any cancellation request must be submitted prior to the scheduled renewal date. It is the member’s responsibility to manage their subscription and respect cancellation deadlines.
In the absence of a cancellation notice within the required timeframe, the subsequent renewal will be automatically charged and will be considered non-refundable. Access to services remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Membership Freeze
The studio offers the option to temporarily suspend a membership for vacation or planned absence purposes. Each member is entitled to two (2) freeze periods per year, with a maximum duration of two (2) weeks each.
All freeze requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to studio approval. Freezes cannot be applied retroactively.
Class Packs
All class packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable. Class credits must be used prior to their expiration date. No extension of validity will be granted, except at the sole discretion of the studio.
Class Cancellations
Class reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Any cancellation made outside of this timeframe will result in the loss of the class credit or the application of a late cancellation fee (10$), depending on the type of membership or class pack.
No-shows (failure to attend without cancellation) will automatically result in the loss of the class credit or applicable fees (15$).
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as injury, medical condition, or relocation, and remain at the sole discretion of the studio.
Modifications
The studio reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any updates will be published on the website and will take effect upon publication.
